SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
Our World-Underwater is celebrating its 40th year next February 19-21, 2010 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center located in Rosemont IL. We are proud to be the longest, largest continuously running consumer dive and travel show in the U.S.
While having a booth is an excellent way to bring more exposure to your company, being a Sponsor will allow you even more exposure. We are offering you an opportunity to become a Sponsor of the show with several options to choose from.
Our World-Underwater has continually delivered a quality show to our Exhibitors, Presenters and Consumers. As prices have continually increased throughout the years, Our World-Underwater has tried to minimize price increases.
In our efforts to keep prices affordable for both Exhibitors and Attendees and to continue to offer a quality show, we ask that you consider becoming a Film Festival or Seminar Room Sponsor for our 2010 Show. Because of higher technology equipment needed and the level of material we receive from our presenters, the costs of Audio Visual Equipment have skyrocketed.
Audio Visual Sponsorship
Friday Night Film Festival $3,000
Saturday Night Film Festival $3,000
Seminar Rooms $ 600 each room per day
This sponsorship will give your company full recognition during each event with signage in each room you sponsor, recognition in the show program in addition to your logo on the Our World-Underwater website. Film Festival Sponsors will receive ½ page ad in the Show Program.
Trip Sponsor: Minimum $2,000 - $3,000 value.
This trip will be used in promotion to the show. In exchange, your company logo will be shown prominently in our show program. You will also receive a direct link on the Our World-Underwater web page to your website. Your logo will be on all promotional mailings and in the show program.
Bronze Sponsor: $3,000
o Sponsorship recognition on webpage, promotional mailings
and show program.
o ½ page ad in the show program.
Gold Sponsor: $5,000
o Sponsorship recognition on webpage, promotional mailings and
show program.
o Logo displayed on Billboards and Signage throughout the
Chicagoland area.
o Logo displayed on the Seminar, Friday & Saturday Film Festival
Screens during the show.
o Full page ad in the show program.
Booth space typically sells quickly and we are looking forward to another SOLD OUT show in 2010. The 2009 show attracted thousands of people which we credit to an extensive marketing campaign. An increased interest in retail and dive travel was evident to that show. With the accessibility of the Our World-Underwater website receiving an average of 8,000 hits per month, your sponsorship will be a direct link to your site. To get the most benefit from your sponsorship investment, you should apply now so you can be included in all printed materials. Fill out the form on the reverse side and return it to us with payment. To assist you in this, we are asking for only a 50% deposit now with the balance due August 1, 2009.
